What a beautiful week last week was and over the weekend too. I have been battling a nasty cold for about a week and a half so I have been just vegging out, but Michael has been enjoying our backyard and on Friday I took him to a local park by the house. He had A LOT of fun.
Over the weekend we did what we have been doing and just checking out Dallas. We ended up at this mall that had this really cool train track, and Michael had a BLAST.
They also had a pet store and we got to look at fishes, birds and puppies
We have really taken to Dallas and the more we explore, the more we really like. We drove by the Dallas Zoo, and weather permitting, we want to take Michael on the DART(train)
and to the zoo next weekend.
Michael will have a blast. He loves all sorts of animals and I know we will have to take him home kicking and screaming.
Have you been to Fort Worth yet? They do a cattle round up in the afternoon down a street. Don't forget the Arboretum... Lara's kids and friends love it there and fun displays with nature that kids can play in, check out their site http://www.dallasarboretum.org
