Little Michael has been his normal goofy self this week. His is such a ham, and for a long rough day makes everything worth it to hear his laugh. He was hilarious tonight trying to pull me up on the couch. So I "pretended" he was able to and fell on him.... and I got to enjoy his cheesier laugh. The more I pretended to lay on him the more he laughed.
Michael is also starting to walk a lot more. I guess having his babysitters 2 year old daughter ride him like a horsey and NOT liking it at all makes you realize if you walk, you don't have to be someone else's transportation. I wish I could have see the pony show, and I am grateful for a beautiful 2 year old for making my son realize walking is so much more fun, and you can get to places faster.
Poor little guy is also teething right now. He has 2 upper molars coming in(teeth 9 &10) and his bottom gums are swollen. I thought it was his first molars on the bottom but I think he is getting 4 on the bottom. Poor guy. Lets see if we survive this. ha, ha, when his upper molars broke we had no idea other than he wasn't sleeping for about a week. He is horrible at letting us look in his mouth so I couldn't see the swollen gums until I saw the teeth. Then I knew why he was crabby. These were teeth 9 & 10 so you would think I would know what was up........ yeah, no. I can't even tell when diapers are too small. Michael is in size 4's and the babysitter told me today that I need to get him bigger ones. Ok, why when a box of diapers says the weight up to 37 pounds are they too small at 27 pounds?
I have to find my receipt for the diapers in the car so I can go exchange them in the morning. I had her put on a size 5 diaper so I could see if they fit better.......... ok, I have to graduate to the point of being able to figure this stuff out on my own. Maybe by baby #2.
Michael has also started discovering his pee pee while having his baths. It was so funny watching him tonight and how limber he is to see it over his big belly. Awh, boys will be boys!
