Today at church, Mike was confirmed a member of the church. It was amazing to watch and listen to. I tried to record it so I could write down later the blessing, but of course once we got home and I played the video back, I couldn't hear a darn thing.
I do remember the missionary blessing Mike that his goal to go to the Temple and making his family eternal.... I liked that part. To actually hear Mike talk about wanting to go to the Temple is such a good thing.
We have set a family goal to be able to go through the Temple in 2 years. We are not sure which Temple we will go to, depends on where we are at at the time. It might be kinda fun to have family be able to experience it with us, but we had such support for Mike's baptism that I know we will have support from our ward.
We were only able to attend Sacrament today because Mike had to work, so we went to Panda Express for lunch afterwards. All the other customers there were loving how much Michael was enjoying his food. He does love Chinese food. Grandma Baker discovered that when we were up in Salt Lake for my HS reunion.
